Reward points
Fuel Point redemption value depends genuinely on the channel: RBL's FAQ states "1 Fuel point = INR 0.50 for XTRA Reward point conversion," but that XTRA Reward point is itself only worth INR 0.30 when redeemed at an IndianOil pump — an effective value below the headline figure. Redeemed elsewhere via the RBL Rewards Portal, a Fuel Point is worth only INR 0.10. Welcome benefit: 1,000 Fuel Points on first spend of ₹500+ within 30 days of issuance. The reward redemption fee (₹99+GST elsewhere in RBL's portfolio) is waived for RBL Rewards Portal conversions above 5,000 points.
